The Wood County Park District is always looking for volunteers!  If you can donate a few hours a year or a few hours a day, we have a volunteer opportunity that is right for you.  Click here to read our Volunteer Mission Statement.

  

Types of Volunteer Opportunities

One-Time Opportunities: Help improve your parks and the environment by helping with an assortment of opportunities.  No experience is needed; everyone is welcome to help.  Click here to sign up for one-time volunteer programs (register for programs).

Long Term: There are long-term volunteer opportunities such as Adopt-A-Park, Adopt-A-Garden, and Adopt-A-Slippery Elm Trail.  Please contact Lori Parratt at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Forms

Volunteer Applications are required for any special event or long-term volunteer opportunity.  Volunteers who help on a regular basis are encouraged to have a form on file as well.
