If you have trouble registering on line for a program, please call Park District Headquarters at 800-321-1897 within Wood County or 419-353-1897 to report the problem. We will then register you over the phone, unless the program is full, in which case we can put you on a waiting list.

 

All PUBLIC programs 

require registration 

at least 48 hours in advance.

The Oak Leaf is printed quarterly and appears as an insert in Wood County newspapers around mid-month in March, June, September, and December. It is also available at the Wood County District Public Library, Grounds for Thought, City of Bowling Green third floor lobby, Way Library in Perrysburg, Wood County Court Office Administrative Building, The Nature Center in W.W. Knight Nature Preserve, Otsego Park, Park District Headquarters & other locations. 

 

Web visitors can now see programs and register online using the link at the top of this page. Pay for program fees online using a credit card. Registration continues to be taken by phone as well. 
 
All program information and a confirmation receipt will be e-mailed to you
if you have a working e-mail address and register online.

The Naturalists or Educational Program Department is located at the Nature Center in the W.W. Knight Nature Preserve. To set up a school or community group program with the Naturalists, please contact Program Coordinator Debbie Nofzinger at the Nature Center. The Program Department/ Nature Center phone number is (419) 661-1697.

All facility rentals, program registrations, and Park District business continue to be conducted from Park District Headquarters on Mercer Road in Bowling Green at (419) 353-1897 or toll-free in Wood County at (800) 321-1897.
